Are you not satisfied?

Our greatest desire is to help you achieve your dream hair. We believe in our products and are proud of the quality. Should you still not be satisfied with your experience of our products, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you e.g. don't like the taste of our hair vitamins, don't like the smell of a shampoo or simply don't think the product meets your expectations, you will get all your money back (excluding delivery costs of 7 EUR if you have obtained free shipping).

Help us get better. Your opinion and feedback is incredibly important to us! Therefore, we ask you to print and fill in our Return Form and enclose it with the product(s) you wish to return. Download the form here.

• Send the products back

If you want to take advantage of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you must return the product within 30 days after the purchase date. You bear the return costs yourself and the package must be sent to the following address:

Please note that we do not collect returns from parcel shops. We also recommend that you use a shipping method that includes a tracking link, as we do not refund products that have been lost during shipping.

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee only applies to purchases at yuaiahaircare.com and thus does not cover if you buy through one of our many dealers.
